I received brilliant advice from Brian on the CTD live program. Brian clarified for me that I was doing too much and using activities that encourage Walter’s prey drive (proofing with food, scent work, etc). In a nutshell, he suggested that I simplify with long line work and a simpler approach to Place and eliminate things that compel prey drive and stimulate adrenaline.
